Once a donation is placed on the website for Mother Care Foundation activities, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
Completing an online donation is considered final, and no cash refunds will be provided.
It is advised to be certain before making a donation.
Donated amounts cannot be refunded or canceled for online donations made through the payment gateway.
No cash refunds will be given.
In-kind support received by the donor will be directed to the poorest communities.
Donations received for a cause will not be refunded or canceled, and they will be used for community development and women's empowerment.
The Foundation aims to process donations as per donor instructions but acknowledges the possibility of errors or cancellation requests.
Valid refund requests received within 30 working days will be considered, depending on the payment method used.
Donors need to send a written request for a refund within 1 day of making the donation, along with the necessary details.
In case of unauthorized donations, the Foundation should be notified within 3 days.

The decision of the board of trustees regarding refund approval is final.
